| Facilities | The SEJPA owns and operates the San Elijo Water Reclamation Facility, which consists of wastewater treatment and water reclamation. The wastewater treatment facilities include the treatment facility, nine wastewater lift stations and the San Elijo Ocean Outfall. The water reclamation facilities consist of treatment facilities, 17 miles of recycled water distribution pipelines, and two recycled water reservoirs. |
